We couldn't have picked a better location for our stay in Nice! This apartment has the most beautiful view of the ocean and is walkable to fantastic restaurants and shops. There's even a market that sets up daily in the morning through lunchtime with fresh produce, cheese, seafood, and much more. The apartment had all the necessary amenities with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our party of 4 adults and 5 children comfortably. The hosts were excellent and responded to all my questions promptly.

Really enjoyed our stay at this place. Was exactly as described and located right on the edge of the old town so close to things but away from most of the noise. Communication was excellent and would highly recommend.

Excellent séjour. La localisation est idéal, avec vue sur la Baie des Anges et avec accès direct à toute la vieille ville. La Maison ressemble exactement aux photos, les 3 salles de bains permettent de ne jamais être bloqué même si avec beaucoup de personnes. Les lieux étaient très bien rangés et propre en arrivant, avec beaucoup d'ustensiles dans la cuisine pour cuisiner sur place. Le salon en deux pièces est spacieux et confortable. La Télé est peut-être un peu petite et le wifi était capricieux, mais ce n'est qu'un tout petit détail vu tout les lieux touristiques et les restaurants disponibles tout autour pour se divertir. Parfait aussi bien pour une grande famille que pour un groupe d'amis. Le propriétaire se rend très disponible pour répondre aux éventuelles questions, l'arrivée et le départ se sont fait grâce à la boite à clé facile d'accès.

We think this is the perfect place to stay in Nice. We loved watching the sun move across the sky, the sea, and the world go by from the balcony (with great views from the sofas and dining table too, thanks to the floor to ceiling doors). You’re near the port (from where you can walk to Villefranche-sur-Mer - lovely), the hillside park “colline du château”, with the lift at the end of the road, and all the old town and seafront have to offer. The kitchen is relatively small given the overall size of the property, but that is a small point. We’d like to return, and what better recommendation is there than that!
