It’s was very quiet and peaceful environment at Sabeesh place. Got 15th floor and the view was amazing. Sabeesh was very kind and friendly person. Good things are: 1. Bird eye View 2. Good restaurants near by: Swami's Aryabhavan and steampot restaurant vythiri 3. Self Check in and checkout 4. Host was very helpful and responsive all the time. 5. Parking friendly. 6. Heaters are working fine in bathrooms. Things could have been better for this price(the deal I got was higher side): 1. Cupboards are dusty and some things are already there 2. Kitchen utensils are not very clean to use it directly. 3. Bathrooms are clean enough and hygiene but few strains are there. 4. Tv was there but no remote I could find it. The place is near to Pookode Lake and is a 2 bhk flat on 6th floor in an apartment. You can have the full flat to yourself and enjoy all the amenities like fridge, washing machine, kitchen, and utensils. The view from the balcony and the rooms is good and the flat is beautiful. You also have a swimming pool in the apartment on the ground floor. We checked in around 7 pm so the host was not there but we communicated over phone and got the keys, we stayed around for 2 days and the only problem we faced was that the place was infested with cockroaches and you can find them everywhere from the kitchen to bathroom and bedroom. The other issue were that geyser in one of the rooms was not functional and some of the toiletries were also not present. There was no room service or cleaning done on the second day. You can order food from the room itself from a resort whose no. was provided by Sabeesh and the food was also good.

Amazing apartment with all the basic amenities,with a great view. Some restaurants and cafes are there nearby ,house has stove for cooking too. Bang for the buck.

This place is good to stay if its raining or fog ... it has good view towards the mountains... bed rooms are clean Room smells bad no room freshener provided Soaps and paste are mentioned but i dont see them anywhere Hot water is coming in common bathroom and not in attached Its a 13floor building and you will get 2bhk in 6th floor
