This is our second time returning to Erin’s place and we’ll continue to do so. She has a wonderful home and has thought of everything you need to stay for the long term and be comfortable with kiddos. 5 star!

Erin was a wonderful host. She left a beautiful basket for our brand new baby as a welcome gift. It was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and shows the person she is. The home was as advertised and we loved our stay. The neighbors were all super friendly as well. We are sad to be leaving.

Erin's house was the best Airbnb that we've ever stayed at. The house was clean, cozy, and perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals; pans, spices, oil, etc and the outside propane grill worked great. There was a great selection of beach gear and toys for our kids to play with at the beach, Erin had everything we needed! The location/walk to the beach was convenient and easy, even for our kids. Neptune Beach was very private and never crowded. Erin was quick to respond with any questions or recommendations and was great to work with. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time during our month long stay and would recommend this house to anyone of any age. The house has a great layout and living there with our family including an 18 month old and 4 year old was relatively easy. However, we were annoyed by some stains and stinky smells upon arrival and 18 month old had some trouble around a large stone garden bed that we couldn’t see in the listing photos. I reluctantly got rid of the stinky and dirty because I didn’t want to deal with people and thankfully Erin was kind and responsive to our issues and she helped us baby proof the area! Overall very good communication and excellent location. So much to do and see around the area. I was sad to leave!

We've stayed in many Airbnb's over the years and several in Jacksonville Beach over the past five years. Erin's is by far our favorite! Layout is perfect for us and easy access to surroundings is great. Definitely recommend for anyone coming to Neptune Beach area.
