Katia fue una anfitriona maravillosa. Desde el principio, su comunicación fue excelente, proporcionando detalles claros sobre el check-in y el uso de las amenidades del departamento. El espacio estaba exactamente como se describió en el anuncio, muy limpio y completamente equipado para una estancia cómoda. Definitivamente recomendaría el departamento de Katia a otros viajeros.

My 18 year old son stayed here with a friend. The place was great, and Katia even let him check in early. My son invited 3 teens the first night and they were noisy entering the building. The 2nd night, my son got drunk and stumbled in with his friend and they didn’t close the outdoor gate. All bad behavior but the host was over-the-top angry and was watching them on cameras as they came and went. All to say - this isn’t the place to stay if you want privacy or the feeling that you are in your own space. But if security is paramount, it’s a good choice since Katia will be watching.

Katia is very kind and communicative. She helped us for everything we need and responded quickly. The place is clean. There are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms which are totally enough for us. A taxi to the city centre would take 5-6 sol for around 15-20 minutes. There is a shopping mall (maybe the only mall in town) nearby called ‘real plaza’. There is a food court, many restaurants there. Apart from the mall, there are some small stores nearby so we can buy water and snacks. A big supermarket, which called ‘Orión’, would take around 15 minutes walk which is not far too. Overall the location is good! Highly recommend this place!
