The Perch was absolutely perfect for my 40th Birthday get together! We had 16 adults and felt like we all had plenty of room! The beach is fabulous & easy to get to! The house had everything we needed. We have already talked about coming back next year!

Charles was responsive and very nice. His home is beautiful with plenty of room for a big family. The area is relaxing with easy walking access to nice beaches on Lake Erie and nice sitting areas.

The Perch was an ideal spot for our family to get together for the first time since COVID. The house had a great kitchen area ( well stocked) , a bathroom on each floor and a washer and dryer in the second floor. A pool room on the first floor was a grand hit. The beach area was quite nice and the sunsets fabulous. Everyone enjoyed our time together and will treasure our memories. Thanks to Emma and Charles for the opportunity

Very spacious nice home within a short walk to the beach on Lake Erie. The neighborhood is quiet and well cared. Our hosts were proactive in communication before our trip with offers to answer any questions to ensure our pleasant stay. They even followed up after to make sure we had a good time. The Perch had many comforts of home with plenty of extra bedding, towels, dishes, toiletries, children aids to include a high chair, toys, books and a pack and play. The pool table and piano were favorites for the family along with the comfy large couch. We had a large group with 9 adults, 2 teens, 3 toddlers and 2 infants and there were beds and space for everyone. The large eat in kitchen fit us all and with the new appliances allowed us to cook our meals and clean up with ease. It was a great setup for our large group! I would recommend this place and hosts!

This is a great house and it’s really clean and well appointed. The linens are super nice and the beds comfortable. It’s nice to have so many bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.
