Eric’s home was astonishing. One couldn’t imagine it existed as you drove down the street as it’s nestled down by the lakebed. The property was surrounded by other homes but still kept the feeling of privacy. The caretaker of the home, Sammy, was very attentive and responsive for any question we had. I would suggest this home to those who are looking to exclusively relax, as the property is beautiful.

We had a great stay at Eric’s place! It was beautiful and perfect for our group of 15 people! We enjoyed our time in Santiago Atitlan and all of the amenities of this house and the guardian, Samuel! He was so helpful and there if we needed anything, but did not intrude on our privacy. You won’t go wrong staying here.

We had a great trip staying in Eric’s house. Outside landscaping is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed a breakfast and dinner there both were delicious. It was a beautiful spot to unwind and enjoy the lake!

So beautiful. Eric helped us throughout the whole trip, even after we left his place, and was wonderful. His staff are so friendly and the house is amazinggggg. Already planning the next visit. Highly recommend staying here with a big group and using their food service (best cooks!).
