Overall a very lovely apartment in a fantastic location. We always felt very safe, especially with the 24-hour security. The apartment really felt like our home in Medellin. The view from the balcony is also breathtaking. Reliable WIFI for those needing to work. Lots of recommendations in the apartment for site-seeing and restaurants. Diego and Alecia were very responsive to any questions that we had and made the check-in process very easy. They even helped organise a taxi from the airport when we first arrived. The only thing I can comment on is the general condition of the apartment. The apartment has been loved for a long time and could do with some maintenance. Also, not a massive issue, but there is no hot water in the kitchen, which I was unsure if this is normal. It just made cleaning the dishes post-meals a little bit more frustrating by needing to boil the kettle for hot water or use the hot water from the bathroom
Beautiful view, I extremely nice inside. Looks just like the pictures. Good communication. Friendly staff, doorman process is very easy. The bed is very firm, I prefer more soft. But the apartment itself is a 5/5 ⭐️
Diego & Alicia's place was lovely - spacious and with amazing views of the city. Everything was as described apart from the jacuzzi which is out of order. Diego & Alicia made everything very easy, check in was with the doorman who were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great place to stay!

Our family is made up of Diego from Colombia, and Alicia from France and our daughters Gabriella and Giulia who are a mix of the two countries and the different cities around the world in which we have lived. We have met a lot of places and wonderful people from around the world, which inspire us to give our best and to make the stay of our hosts full of happy moments that they can remember with love. Each space of the apartments was imagined and built , so that the people who visit us feel the energy of Casa and the support of a local family.
