What a beautiful home and location, private and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay and meeting both Kathy and Luigi. Quite an experience in all weather conditions, glorious sunshine and rolling storms!
Spectacular! Highly recommend! We had the most wonderful stay at You Too! Kathy and Luigi were fantastic hosts. The view from You Too is breathtaking, the property has everything you need for an incredibly comfortable stay and it was spotlessly clean. It was the perfect place to relax and use as a base to explore the lake from. We look forward to staying again!
Kathy gave us a warm welcome and everything was just as it’s described. Photos don’t do the view justice! The location is absolutely beautiful, it was idyllic. The house is well designed and decorated. It is very spacious and well laid out. Living areas are very comfortable. I would recommend this stay to anyone.
Kathy’s place is one of the best airB&B’s we stayed. The house is modern and private with a great view of the lake. We spent the day time touring Lake Como towns and late afternoon or evening swimming after a hot day. The local small villages are enchanting. You can hike up the mountains to get a great view of the area or walk to the next village to see how the locals live. Kathy is very responsive with any questions. She is helpful with recommendations on local areas to visit. We will definitely go back and stay longer next time. I would also highly recommend this place to friends.
Wir haben bei Kathy ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus vorgefunden . Modern eingerichtet, mit allen was man braucht. Wunderschön gelegen mit fantastischem Blick auf den Comer See und die Berge. Der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I have always enjoyed meeting new people and I'm looking forward to making new acquaintances through Airbnb. My husband and I moved here to our new house in Peglio in 2015 when we retired from the hotel business. My origins are American, but I moved to Italy way back in 1975 after meeting my Italian husband, Luigi, and have lived here ever since. For the past two years we have carefully landscaped and furnished our very modern dwelling with patience and thought, keeping in mind that our property will be shared with guests from all over the world. It has been exciting and fun to see our dreams slowly unfold and come together so harmoniously. We named the main house where we live, "Base Camp", without too much hesitation, but we struggled with a name for the guest house unit. After referring to it as U2, which stands for Unit two, for quite some time we decided to transform the spelling to, You Too. The name sounds very welcoming to me in this context and I will do my best to welcome you too!
