房间非常不错，很大，设施也很好。没有见到massimo本人，钥匙🔑是由服务人员交给的，我们四个人两晚支付了32欧元的城市税，没有收到发票。

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. The apartment is described to be with an access to a private garden, this dosen’t exist. Secondly, I was shocked at the level of uncleanliness, especially in the master bedroom (dust in the windows and over the garderobe, and spider-webs in the ceiling). The beds were uncomfortable with a bad smell of the sheets (probably haven’t been changed in a long time given the stains). The shower didn’t have any shampoo or hair dryer as indicated and was showing signs of mold everywhere with a broken door. Most importantly, however, were the mosquitoes. I have seen other guests mention this issue but nothing was done to prevent it. A net, or even a mosquito plug should be provided. For us it was literally impossible to sleep with so many mosquitoes, and such uncomfortable beds. Overall it was a very bad experience. The only positives were the luggage before the check-in and the size of the apartment. More respect to hygiene and guest is a must.
