Situated on the same level as both the underground car park & the ski locker room, access on arrival is perfect, no stairs / lifts to navigate with bags. Reserved underground car parking space is available at an additional cost and must be requested before booking. Ideal for families and couples with a separate twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is an additional sofa bed in the lounge for a 5th person which is suitable for a child on request. The bathroom has a full size bath with a shower over and a separate toilet. Enjoy stunning views from the balcony and in winter watch the convoys of pisteurs preparing the mountain in the evening ready for your next day’s skiing. In summer, enjoy the sun setting from the balcony. The apartment has a kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave combination oven, nespresso machine, raclette, slow cooker, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Fancy a quiet night in - we have provided a selection of books, puzzles and games for you to enjoy. High band width WiFi is included in the apartment rental cost so you can catch up on your emails and update your social media accounts. Belle Plagne is a car free village and has limited underground and outside parking, both are chargeable. There is free parking in Plagne 1800 - guests can park there and catch the navette and cable car up to Belle Plagne if they prefer. We have a reserved car parking place in the underground car park ‘Parking Bas’ which links directly to our building. We can make this available at an additional cost to the apartment rental for guests arriving by car and wish to have a reserved car parking space available to them on arrival. We charge this at the same as the public parking rate but this car parking space must be requested before reservation. Please ask for more details. Apartment change over date is Sunday during winter peak French & UK dates with a minimum stay of 7 nights during these dates. We can be flexible with other dates and durations outside of this upon request. Linen and towels - including a tea towel and bath mat - are included in your rental price. We ask for a £400 damage deposit which is refundable once the apartment has been inspected after your departure. The apartment is cleaned before every stay and cleaning at the end of your stay is included. We do ask you to empty the dishwasher, clean the coffee machine if used and take out the rubbish. A supply of cleaning materials, including disinfectant spray and wipes are provided in the apartment for you to use.
