We had a nice stay at the Villa. We are 2 families visiting w our young children. The house is located near Camps Bay beach, it felt like a safe area, it has a security system (although we were instructed not to turn it on when we were home), is spacious, the beds were v comfortable and the house was clean. The house manager John was responsive and pleasant. That being said, there are few things that could be improved when you are going to charge these kinds of prices. there is no guide to the house left at the property so when we couldn’t find extra towels, dish soap we had to email mgmt. they were responsive but not ideal. The 1st night we had problems w the shower drains not working & the dryer not working. All were quickly fixed but it was disruptive to have someone working at the house late at night and these issues could have been addressed with proper maintenance beforehand. The kitchen could be better equipped. When you are paying this much you expect to have salt and basics

The house looked exactly like the photos. Prior to our trip they were able to set up transport for tours which was very helpful. They were responsive and again the house is amazing. One thing not in the listing is there is a housekeeper on-site during the day, she was lovely and very helpful but if you aren’t expecting it, it can be odd. Easy to get to local bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property.

My 6 girlfriends and I had the perfect stay at this property. From booking to check-in was just awesome.The Management of Micasa acted with professionalism - they arranged paid transportation from the airport to the Airbnb. When we got to the apartment, John who was assigned to us received us warmly and we felt at home. He assisted with our luggage to allocated rooms. The Airbnb was clean, free of clutter and modern (just as I like it). The pool was clean, kitchen was superb, rooms and bathrooms were also clean. The apartment had an alarm system for security, which made us feel relaxed. John was always responsive when we reached out. The location is beautiful, very peaceful and safe, and when I say safe, I mean it- no alcohol is sold in that neighborhood, so you can imagine how safe that will be🤣 It’s about 10-15mins walk to the beach; we are lazy, so we went in an Uber(5mins ride). In summary, our stay was fantastico! We will stay there again and again. Thank you for having us.
