Place is great to have a perfect beach holiday and not resort like, as it’s usual in Sal. The flat is in a condominium right at the beach and walking distance from Santa Maria village. You have the beach and the local culture at your hands. And in Santa Maria, the food and the beach are just top notch. Highly recommended. We ll be back for sure!

Stijn's apartment is a little gem! We know the complex and have stayed in another couple of apartments but Stijn's has been the nicest and best equipped of them all by far. It looks recently updated so has a quality bathroom and a single oven as well as a hob which really made the difference - this is the only apartment we've felt inspired to stay in and cook meals a few times, especially fresh fish from the pier! The flat is clearly used by Stijn and his young family which means it is homely and extra details have been thought of. It all adds up to making the stay so much more comfortable. Location wise it is absolutely perfect - alongside (but not too close to) the pool and beach, moments from town. The patio is mostly shady which means it's a perfect retreat from the strong sun when needed. Stijn was very helpful and responsive with all comms and sent a really helpful guide with recommendations. We will absolutely book his place again!

Nous sommes venus réveiller pour le nouvel an chez Stijn vraiment au top sympathique et très réactif à nos questions il vous organise votre transfert de l'aéroport qui se trouve à 15 min seulement le logement est parfaitement conforme aux photos vous y passerez des nuits calmes et reposante Le matin prenez votre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et vous entendez le bruit des vagues qui se trouve à quelques mètres vous préférez allez plonger dans la piscine vous sortez de la terrasse vous faites 10 pas et vous êtes sur votre transat et ça c'est formidable tout est accessible à pieds depuis la résidence bars, restaurants, petits commerces et boutique divers. vous voulez passer un séjour de rêve n'hésitez surtout pas à contacter Stijn il saura vous rendre heureux encore merci pour ce séjour magnifique nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Endroit parfait, bien centré. Près de la plage et de tous les restaurants. À 5 m de la plage! C’est l’endroit idéal pour faire des vacances balnéaires. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire qui m’a toujours répondu très vite et qui m’a donné des adresses et des restos.
