Recent stay of 9 nights during Xmas and New Year period for 12 guests and pets. Prior to arrival Carl communicated clearly and responded to any queries. Carl also left us with an Xmas Tree and decorations to make our Xmas day more special. House is in a great location with walking distance to nearby shops, cafe and pool. I met with Carl the host who was super friendly and helpful. Great open plan living space for our big family group and pets including backyard and entertaining area. Feedback on house to improve; *Full rubbish bins on arrival *Mattress' not comfortable, especially the single beds and sofa beds. Queen in garage room also quite short not a standard size *No top sheets provided for any beds *Not enough linen and towels provided for a big group booking *No access card provided for the community pool/gym, acquired from neighbour Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay and recommend for a large group

Great location with tracks to the river and mount iron nearby. The community pool and gym are a great facility to have access to as well. House was very clean also

We were enjoyed stay in this comfortable property. Very nice and clean house with full kitchen allow us to cook dinner. The kids had great fun in the backyard and jumping on the trampoline, and the nice swimming pool near by.

Overall, our stay was great and Carl was a very friendly host. The four of us would gladly stopover again. The master bedroom bed was superb; the other two-person bed left a fair bit to be desired, but as this was the host's first time opening their home to airbnb, I'm sure they'll replace it with a better one in the very near future. Highly recommend for Wanaka proximity.
