Our recently renovated two level, three bedroom & two bathroom home (1220 sq ft) is located across from Blackcomb Mountain set on a lovely Fitzsimmons Creek. After entering a unit you will find yourself in an entry hall where you can hang your coats, leave your shoes and store your skis/bikes. After opening a door, you will enter an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. Bright sunken living room represents a cozy space with high ceilings and natural, treed setting and personalized decor. This part of the townhouse invites you to spend the late evening in front of the fireplace while snacking and chatting with your friends and family. There is a TV with Shaw programs and with access to Netflix and Apple TV. Open the sliding door to access to the private balcony. The pull-out couch provides an additional sleeping space for 2ppl. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counters with the breakfast bar overlooking the dining area that seats 6-8 guests comfortably. The first bedroom located on the first level features a king size bed that helps you to fall in sleep easily after a day spent in the mountains. The second bedroom located on the second level features a king size bed as well. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and a single bed. There are two modern bathrooms (one for each level) featuring a glass-enclosed shower and a single vanity on each level. A fully equipped laundry is located on the upper floor. Complimentary supplies provided: coffee/tea, basic condiments, shampoo/conditioner /Shower gel, laundry soap. There is secured underground parking (maximum clearance for is 6’6’’ (2.03m)). for one car and our guests could use visitor parking for one vehicle as well. Check-in time is 4pm.
