Joyce made it very easy to park, get in to her place, directions were very clear. Great place. Very clean. Comfy bed. Priced super fair. Location is super cute. Live bands on the weekends, plenty to eat within super close walking distance. All and all great stay for a little getaway!!

Joyce's place is a gem and she is a super host! She is helpful and her place feels like home! Do not hesitate to stay here if you are in the Palm Coast area! Beaches and fun are just around the corner!

The apartment was clean and provided enough amenities for our month long stay. The location was perfect with easy access to St Augustine, Flagler Beach and Daytona. We brought our bikes and enjoyed endless miles on bike paths around Palm Coast as well as up and down the coast. The shops, restaurants and almost nightly music in the courtyard was also a bonus.

We loved our stay at the European Village. The apartment had everything we needed when we arrived for our 3 week stay. It was very comfortable, peaceful and homelike. Sitting on the balcony and listening to live music at night was lovely. Having the restaurants and shops right below was amazing and so convenient. We absolutely loved the market downstairs on Sunday. Lots of interesting vendors and fresh produce. Our host Joyce was definitely great. She was very helpful, kind and quick to respond about any of our needs or questions. We definitely recommend staying here. We look forward to visiting again for sure.
