The place was easy to find and cute. The bed did have some stains but overall good little spot. Lots to do in Austin

you can’t ask for a better host than colleen. had to extend my stay multiple times and she was able to accommodate me without having to move me to a different room. the room itself is a reflection of what you pay, it wasn’t dirty but it doesn’t seem like they hit the nooks and cranny’s very often but i was here for work so it didn’t really bother me as i didn’t spend a ton of time there. the only problem i had was that the bed was horrible. if you are gonna have a so-so room a good bed is necessary. i ended up buying a mattress in a box from walmart and left it there so if you do rent this apartment know that you’ll have a decent bed to sleep on. nothing nearby that i would call walkable but there is fast food and gas stations within 5 minutes.
