Beautiful villa We had a fab week! The heated pool was a dream! Kiddies could play without getting chilly! Loved cooking and eating outside. Patricia was super helpful and responsive. We would love to return one day! Only problem we had was with our transfer company Beniconnect who we do not recommend!!

A beautiful house, with everything we could possibly need. Perfect for our / families, one with very small children and the other with older teens. Patricia gave us the warmest welcome and we felt that in all the lovely touches in the house. Javea/Xabia old town is only a few mins walk with bars, restaurants and nice shops. A real gem of a place to stay.

We had a great stay at Patricia’s villa. We loved the location, about a ten minute walk to the Pueblo, which has a really good selection of bars and restaurants. The house itself is lovely, well equipped and clean. It was the perfect set up for a large family stay / two families. The heated pool meant we could take advantage of the winter sun and especially for younger children - the playroom indoors with lots of toys/ puzzles etc. and outdoor play area was perfect. It felt so relaxed, and we really enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor dining areas. Patricia was really helpful and communication excellent throughout - even welcoming us and showing us around the house when we arrived. We would definitely stay again.

Patricia's home was lovely! Great location in a quiet area, but also a 10/15 minute walk to old town or to supermarkets and 30 minutes to the beach. The villa was clean and spacious and the outdoor area amazing for relaxing! Patricia was great throughout and always responsive and helpful! She also spent some time explaining the area and gave recommendations when we met at the villa. Definitely recommended staying here if you're looking for somewhere in Xabia.
