Birds will wake you up on the mornig, while crickets and frogs will put you to sleep. Jungle feeling with all the necessary conveniences.
In our bay every visitor is welcome. Mostly locals live in their wooden huts around the bay and up the creeks. You can watch people throwing their fishing nets over the water. In the morning the kids are paddling in their wooden boats to school.
Our direct opposite neighbor is Mike from Texas, running a restaurant where you can eat and meet locals, sailors and other travelers.
Our right neighbor is another restaurant run by local women.
The surrounding is a wide spread fishing village with abundance of nature, friendly locals and some expats.
The only way to get to us is by boat. There is public boat transportation both from Livingston and Rio Dulce twice a day.
The boats from Livingston and Rio Dulce (Fronteras) leave at 9:30 am and 2:30 pm and sometimes at 4 pm, if it gets full. One way is Q 125 per person.
