Staying with Mike and Nena was an absolute pleasure! The house and location are absolutely amazing and you cannot beat the view. As hosts they were very responsive and helpful! Our family would love to come back again!

I have been to Rocky Point many times in the past. On my first trip we explored into La Choya and since that day I knew I wanted to stay out there. This was my first time and I cannot say how wonderful it was. This house layout is different, but absolutely amazing! The roof in the main room is just beautiful. The view of the ocean and the birds was unbeatable, and the stars and quiet of the night were the best. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this trip. Thank you!

The view is amazing and so peaceful. Architecturally the house is outstanding very modern Mediterranean..you feel like you are sitting on top of the ocean! We were greeted by Gloria with a huge fruit basket and a tour of the home’s amenities. There are plenty of dishes and spices to use while cooking. Home feel secluded yet it is within the community. Highly recommend this home.

Great place with excellent ocean view. No beach access directly from the property, but incredible, multi level patio space. Couple minute walk to the beach. Stocked with everything we needed including drinking water. Multi leveled home with living space and kitchen up stairs and bedrooms a quick walk outside and down the stairs. Parking at the house may be a little tight if you are traveling in a BIG truck (I was in a lifted Ford F-250). I highly recommend this location and will certainly be back.
