Caro and Robert were great hosts. When we arrived, Robert helped take our luggage down the stairs to the studio. Even his housekeeper helped as well. Once inside we found a clean and picturesque view from our wall of ceiling to floor windows and patio door. Easy access to the deck with table and chairs and a chair swing. She had treats and milk in the fridge for us. We had trouble figuring out the tv and Robert came down to show us how to use remotes. Once we booked, she sent us places of restaurants, attractions, and local stores. She has a binder in the studio to explain the rules,including again places of interests. The next morning we found another quart of milk by the door. She left us a message that both her and Robert would be at work all day and told us to relax and enjoy the views. The following day we met Caro, and she was warm and friendly. They were not intrusive, and we felt we were there by ourselves. Thank you Robert and Caro for your hospitality. Dan & Cindy

Such a unique neighborhood which was fun to walk and look at all the unique homes and landscaping! The views north from the balcony are private and beautiful. Caro is responsive to anything you may need and even left a few welcome treats! There are no curtains for max viewing but Caro provided some eye masks which did the trick.

Absolutely stellar accommodations and host. Beautiful view. Great location. Delightful all around.

As described. Very accommodating and responsive host. Comfy big bed. Great view. Always able to find street parking but sometimes had to park a few houses down. Would recommend your in decent shape to carry luggage down the steps to the entrance.

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der supertollen Unterkunft. Auch der Balkon und die Aussicht sind unglaublich schön! Carolyn war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!
