Charming Apartment in the historical center with stunning views over Tavira and Ria Formosa. 3 beautiful Bedrooms (1 en suite with tiny balcony) and 180º views. 2 Bathrooms Spacious and cozy open space living kitchen area with working place. Walking distance to all amneties. The apartment provides Air Condition and a free covered parking place in the attached garage. Train station just 500 m. Perfect place to enjoy the beautiful town ofTavira with its beaches and surroundings. The apartment is very charming and comfortable and easy to feel home at. The breathtaking view from the bedrooms is just stunning and addicting. It feels being part of this most beautiful city but from your safe retreat. The kitchen living area is very spacious. From the kitchen top you have as well a view to Ria Formosa. Close to the train station and with short walking distance to all amnesties and ferry boat, the location is perfect if you travel without a car. If you travel with the car or want to cycle you have a garage underneath the building with one place reserved for you. The apt is very spacious and especially convenient for families of 4 to 5, couples enjoying space, 2 couples find enough privacy and it is suitable to join with up to 4 individual travellers with 4 individual sleeping options including a sofa bed in the living room. There are no stairs to enter the building or apartment. I would call it barrierfriendly. There is 1 elevator in the building. Babies and children in general are very welcome. Up to 2 years the apt offers very good condition as its spacious no stairs and elevator you find a travelling bed and high chair in the apt. If you have toddlers or small children please get in touch. The apartment complies with general Safety rules but there are no special safety measures for small children like safety locks for windows, plugs eg. As you are in the 6th floorToddlers and small children need constant watch. Please feel free to contact me in case you would like to stay with children.

Annette was flexible and helpful, the apartment was perfect for 2 couples and she had thought of everything We especially appreciated the sharp knife (unheard of in most air bnbs)and the wine, and cooking basics. The carpark entrance is confusing but Annette knows this so meets you and shows you what to do. It's a 2 minute walk to the riverfront, where you can catch a ferry to the beach for 2.50 euro return, or just stroll along and look at the pretty town.

Annette went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. She provided complimentary snacks and wine. We would definitely stay there again.

You dont need a car for your stay.
The ferry boat access is walking distance as well.
Praia do Barril in Santa Luzia with its famous anchor graveyard is only 4 km away.
In case you come with a car there is inside the building a big garage with a free parking place. The access is seperate but next to the entrance of the apartment building.
