This house is at the lakeside of Murrays beach, a resort style environment with peaceful neighbourhood. Murrays Beach by Lake Macquarie is a great place to relax, winding down from hustle bustle city life. This property is a split level house with guests on the first floor with separate entry. The entire guest suite has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate laundry room, guests have own living and dining area. There are public BBQ facilities at the beach, children’s bike track and walkway along the lake. It only takes 5 mins from here to walk to the lake and the public jetty, where is photographers’ favourite spot for Lake Macquire’s sunset. Please be noted the guest rooms are in the same dwelling as the host, but completely seperate downstairs, while the host lives upstairs with minimal interruptions.
