Appartement propre conforme aux photos. Pour les taxis il faut les guider à l'arrivée pour trouver la rue Santa Luzia. Bonne communication et réactivité de Joao lorsque nous avons eu un problème d'ouverture de la porte d'entrée équipé d'un boitier à code (piles à plats). On était sur le palier la veille de notre départ! Joao a fait le nécessaire pour faire venir la personne qui gère son appartement pour ouvrir la porte et changer les piles du boitier de commande.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Joaos apartment. Its 1 min away from restaurants, banks, bakery and butchers. Joao organised airport pick up. Ricardo was amazing. He picked us up and took us to the apartment. He also was able to take us on a tour of Praia. He is extremely kind and helpful. The apartment was lovely. Clean and exactly as described in the pictures. It was safe and in a quiet area but still very close to the main attractions. The rooftop was lovely. This is the perfect apartment if you are in Praia. It was perfect value for money. The air conditions are a life saver. Joao was super responsive. We needed travel adapters and he sent for someone to buy them for us. There was no bother about check out or check in times. All in all an excellent place to stay if you want your quiet time but also want to be close to everythin. Will definately be staying there again
