With 10 foot ceilings and several large above ground windows, this apartment is the perfect base camp for anyone wanting to visit Jasper National Park which is 45 minute drive west of Hinton This apartment , built in July 2022, features modern amenities carefully chosen with your comfort in mind and cleanliness is my top priority After you experience the stunningly scenic 45 minute drive from Hinton to Jasper National Park you'll know why it's one of my favourite drives in the world! This custom spec-house was built in July 2022 and the basement has been finished into a fully legal apartment complete with independent furnace/thermostat, full size washer and dryer, electric driveway parking (1 stall) , private side entrance, dishwasher, and electrical panel. Nothing about this apartment makes it feel like it’s in a basement Please note that there is no centralized air conditioning. There is centralized venting bringing in cool air from the outside and a stand up fan is provided in the bedroom for your comfort. Features and Extras: - Scheduled exterior lights for ease of entry - Exterior shed with lock for storage of large items (please refrain from bringing large items into the apartment. Shed is on back order. It has arrived and installation is expected no later than September 10 2022 ) - Boardgames - House slippers in varying sizes during stay - Towel/Robe warmer - 'Forgot me' basket with toiletry essentials - Colour changing dimming lights from warm to bright white; turn light switch off then back on with-in 5 seconds to activate - Well equipped kitchen - Air fryer amongst several other small appliances - Fans, electric fireplace and extra mini plug in heater - Fenced in shared back yard with upstairs guest - Independent private BBQ. Upstairs tenant has their own private BBQ - Smart TV with Netflix - High speed 1 GB internet; fastest recorded download/upload speeds of 868/822 MBPS (Speeds will always vary depending on multiple conditions but should never drop below 100 MBPS) - Exterior security/CCTV - Very friendly, quiet, and safe neighbourhood - House is located at the end of a cul de sac with majority foot traffic and very little vehicular traffic - Smart WIFI locks with auto lock. No keys required and never be locked out

Adams place was beautiful, with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable, the kitchen was truly a chefs dream, we were spoilt for choice with the array of tea & coffee. Loved everything about it, we had a basement apartment and it was very spacious and comfortable. When I was looking for a bookings bin Jasper Adams apartment showed up on the listing, but it's an hour drive from jasper main town, so if you specifically want things to do in jasper i would suggest to look elsewhere, we finished our things to do in Jasper before we checked in, so it was not an issue for us, plus hinton has some things to do as well. overall it was a great apartment and i totally recommend it.
Excellent! This is exactly what all Airbnbs should strive to be: clean, new, safe, quiet and comfortable, tech friendly (keypad entry), responsive friendly host, tons of amenities. Appreciated all the extra little touches: plenty of coffee and clean Keurig, extra towels and sheets, full new knife set, etc. Definitely worth the drive if you are debating staying here rather than Jasper: tons of wildlife to see along the drive (elk, bighorn sheep, deer, etc.) and quiet, safe neighborhood. Will stay here again!
I travelled with my wife, her sister and my brother in law. Adams place is in Hinton, Alberta, close to Jasper National park. The place was perfect; Private entrance, The pull out beds are easy to use. The place was spotless, the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. I recommend this to anyone. I give a 5/5 in all aspects for this place.
A great location and a lovely clean place to stay. Adam was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Jasper. We had a great time.

This very safe court dead ends at 2 cul de sacs and this house is located in one of them in a new construction area yet to be developed. The area is carved into surrounding forestry and is complimented with several walking trails and is with-in walking distance of a nation-wide renowned disc golf course, bike park, forest trails, dog park, and a huge hiking trail system that spans well over 50 km
There are several restaurants, stores/grocery, clothing, etc with a handful of 24 hour options
Parking is not an issue throughout the neighbourhood and is entirely free
There are several walking/bicycle trails as well as local taxis and buses
