In summary: good potential, but many aspects need improvement. At 500 euros for 3 nights, it's a pity. Booked three nights attracted by spacious rooms, a high rating, and private surroundings. Positives: big rooms, quality bedding, washing machine, and spotless cleanliness. The host stocked basic necessities, easing our stay. The small, clean terrace is ideal in good weather. Major point of concern, even if you are not disabled: the wrought-iron spiral staircase access, especially treacherous in rain, necessitated caution . The host offered an alternative through their garden, a thoughtful solution. Unfortunately, finishings were subpar. Issues: loose switches, insecure electrical cabinet, water stains, malfunctioning bulbs, and a wobbly sink faucet. The alternative passage to the residence is awkwardly closed with Isorel panels leaning on trash bins. Previous reviews mentioned similar "details." I should have been more vigilant, not solely relying on high ratings.

Maison au calme et bien équipée. Très clair avec environnement agréable. Pièce à vivre bien aménagée. Courses cuisine de base à l'arrivée (épicerie et petit déjeuner) Les bouteilles d'eau au réfrigérateur en période de canicule ont été bien appréciées à notre arrivée. Linge de lit et de toilette fourni en quantité suffisante. Parking pour la voiture. Notre hôte était très accueillante et disponible. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison.

An amazing place that was super comfortable, private, and relaxing. The bed is super comfy, the wi-fi fast, and it is an easy walk to restaurants and more.

very pleasant and accomodating host. The location is very nice, village is charming with proper balance between calm, country side and proximity to Paris/Freeway. house is not luxury but clean and provide everything required for short and long stays. I will go again.

We had a great stay at the bungalow. It is extremely spacious and in a fantastic location. We really loved the little town there are some great places to eat and a lovely bakery. Gillian is an excellent communicator and was very kind to flex the check in times for us.
