Great location, right next to the river with good views. Neighborhood is quite at night. The guest suite was pretty big itself, it had everything you needed. The host was responsive as well whenever I messaged her. I will definitely stay here again if I can.

Perfect for a quiet stay. We were in town fishing and it’s close to plenty of easily accessible areas. Brenda was easy to communicate. Would stay here again

I go the the area quite a bit , my son and his wife and the 2 grandkids live in gypsum. I will definitely stay at Brenda’s place again . It is just lovely, We enjoyed the backyard and had a BBQ one and and a fire made S’mores … Made beautiful memories! Brenda said just enjoy. I also enjoyed watching all the Birds
