Aspen Retreat This beautiful mountain home in Silver Lake features a private outdoor hot tub perfectly sheltered from the elements, ensuring you can relax outside through any weather. Spend time with your loved ones in the separate den space, and enjoy an abundance of luxury at-home features, including boot dryers and radiant floor heat. Firewood is provided. <b>WHAT’S NEARBY</b> This home sits in the Aspen Hollow complex within Silver Lake, with an adjacent trail that leads right onto the slopes of Deer Valley Resort. Park City offers an extensive complimentary bus system with regular service to and from nearby Silver Lake Village, allowing you to easily spend your days skiing and snowboarding. You'll be less than half a mile north of the Silver Lake base area of Deer Valley and two miles south of Main Street and the Town Lift in downtown Park City. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> The fireplace is not operational in the summer. This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Amazing place to stay for skiing, just a couple of steps onto an access trail to Deer Valley. Skiing back in take slightly more effort but even if you don't ski back, it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the unit. One thing to be aware of, Apple Maps will take you to the set of units behind this one which also has the same unit number so it can be a little confusing. House is very large with tons of open area and space, really great place to spend some time during ski season!
The house was great and centrally located. Vacasa was quite responsive and helpful
The property was absolutely amazing. Everything was so nice. We had a wonderful time and felt very spoiled with such a nice property. One thing that needs to be more clear to those wanting to stay there is that it sleeps 12+ but there is only parking for two small cars. We had 12 people that struggled to carpool and left most of our needed stuff at home. We didn't bring things that we needed. We took the risk of a third car parked in the 10 foot driveway and hoped it wouldn't be towed. It wasn't towed. The other issue is regarding the heating system in this property. It has radiant heat which in this case has hot water pipes running through the floors. This is a very comfortable heating system. The floors warm up and it becomes very toasty. The down side is that it takes 20 hours to warm the place up. The management didnt turn it on 20 hours before. So for almost a day it climbed from 45-70 degrees. Our first night and next morning was miserable. This should not have been overlooked.
