Beautifully kept , quaint, and so friendly. We loved our stay, very close to downtown Manteo and concert venue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the weekend and the Island Motel and Guest house. Our room was newly remodeled, comfortable, clean and perfect for our quick trip! The front counter staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We will definitely look for this place again on of our quick trips down!

This was a great spot. Nice room. Right in the heart of manteo. Easy 12 min drive to the beach. Super nice host.

We really enjoyed our stay as a family of 4 plus a dog! We originally had a camping trip planned & due to rain we opted to check Airbnb! The motel was nicely renovated & the staff were friendly! We met the owner Clint as we were leaving! Very nice & knowledgeable guy. He possibly inspired us to take a new direction & search for an Inn of our own to operate. We all agreed that returning to Manteo & staying at the motel would is a must!
