We had a lovely time at the cottage in spite of terrible weather. Well equipped kitchen, good lounge and kitchen layout although an extra comfy chair would have been useful. Close to the Auchrannie resort if you want to use their restaurant. Good directions for getting there and helpful information from Fran on ferries and parking. Would stay there again.

We stayed in Fran's place for 5 nights as 3 adults and 3 young children and it was ideal for our needs. There was plenty of space for us all and the accommodation was comfortable and ideally located for exploring Brodick and the rest of Arran. Fran provided a high chair and travel cot for us and informed us of items that were missing/broken prior to our arrival. The kitchen is fully equipped and it was nice having two bathrooms within the property, however the ground floor one could do with a bit of a spruce up. Fran was very responsive and helpful on the run up to our stay, and we thankfully didn't need her during our stay as instructions etc had been very clear. We would stay in this property again next time we come over to Arran.

Nice place and in quiet setting. You are in a row of cottages but we didn’t have any issues or hear noise from neighbours. ~25mins walk to Brodick harbour. House was clean and found all the kitchen appliances etc to be in working order. No need to use the heating during stay. Fran was very responsive to our queries. Would recommend.
