Uta is an absolutely amazing person, fun, fresh and warm all the time. Her place is spotless clean and comfy, everything you need in a small and cozy unit. Great bed, air conditioning, decent size shower, nice kitchenette. And very private, guests have separate access. absolutely great place to stay in the area!

Wir haben zwei Nächte in Uta's Unterkunft verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und das Apartment super sauber. Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns die Details und die liebevolle Einrichtung der Unterkunft gefallen. Trotz der Lage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums sind Mainz und Wiesbaden schnell mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Ein Aufenthalt bei Uta ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

the "apartment"/"room"is clean but to be honest too small to be considered an apartment. there are no chairs and the "table" is just a Kommode. since the "building" is basically a backyard one, it is clearly not to be used for living (mainly humidity is the problem and the owner in fact asks to keep the bathroom windows always open and to open the door or windows of the room at least 15 min twice a day). the entrance then, is on the backyard reachable on a small passage dark in the night and without pavement (this morning leaving with the trolley I had to keep it in the hands because the way was full of mud). be careful that there is no cleaning fee...you are supposed to clean and wash everything in the kitchen for example. of course from the pictures you can see that there is no wardrobe still it's a bit unconvenient not having one with basically almost no space to leave the trolley. though Uta was kind these facts from my point of view speaks from themselves.

Uta was a perfect host. She welcome me and she gave me all the instructions. The apartment was small (as written in the description) but full equipped and very clean. I would recommend this flat. The location Wass also very good, with the car was only 10 minutes from the city center of Mainz and at 200 meters from restaurants and supermarkets.
