David's place was perfect for my partner and I for a long weekend in Ithaca. It's on a quiet side street - on-street parking was never an issue - and is walkable to the Commons. It's a studio apartment, so it's not enormous, but it was more than sufficient for the two of us, and it had a kitchen, fridge, and microwave had we decided we wanted to cook for ourselves. David was also super flexible and responsive - when we had a question about the fridge, David responded within minutes. He was also kind enough to allow us extra time to check out, which was incredibly helpful because (unbeknownst to him) I had a meeting on check-out day that ended at the original check-out time. Having the extra time meant that I didn't have to pack the night before or rush back right after my meeting. The apartment also had nice amenities that I don't usually see in Airbnbs: soft tissues and toilet paper, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Would definitely stay here again!

Very responsive owner, cozy and quiet accommodation on a quiet street. It is located in the very center, close to wild waterfalls and civilized coffee shops, very pleasant and cozy! I had a wonderful stay here and the accommodation was very easy to get into. The owners respond very quickly and are helpful in everything. I recommend ❤️

We had a nice stay at David’s place in Ithaca. We self checked in very smoothly at late hour, so David’s kindly offered us a late checkout. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. There were plenty of information about the neighborhood (stores, restaurants, attractions).

Really enjoyed our stay. David's communication and quick responses were very helpful. We used information in the apartment to help us plan our stay. (We went to a number of the local waterfalls which were very impressive). And the place was well located for a walk into Ithaca (and a couple of beers in the Ithaca Ale House). We had a great time and would recommend.
