I recently stayed at this home, it is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood close to all amenities. The home was clean and it had a nice size pool and hot tub. The only thing I would have liked to have would have been a small safe to keep my valuables and my passport in, instead of having to pack it with me all the time. A nice place to stay while I enjoyed all that Palm Springs had to offer.

Upside: house is as pictured and the location is great. Downside: it’s a very old / low quality house with bath and kitchen upgrades. We stayed around new years so prices were higher as expected, but the extra fees they added worked out to +$250/night, so it ended up feeling like a 3 star/motel experience for a 5 star price. We decided to check out early and vacansa went totally unresponsive, wouldn’t help me understand how to arrange in advance, just told me to cancel in the app then continued to ignore my messages and sent cleaners to the house. Not a great experience and certainly not worth $850/night. I would recommend the house so long as you get a good rate… otherwise do yourself a favor and get some rooms at the ritz nearby.

Vacasa was great to deal with during the check in. One thing I missed which is totally on my is the extra charge to hear the pool. Vacasa was willing to turn the heat on for the pool at an extra cost which I agreed to and they were going to send someone out immediately to turn it on but they didn’t show up until 24 hours after Vacasa told me they were on their way. So despite the extra charge we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub because they were freezing. Otherwise all was good.

Sehr schönes Haus , absolut perfekt und voll ausgerüstet. Die Sauberkeit ist extra erwähnenswert, besser geht es nicht. Die Agentur ist ebenfalls nur zu empfehlen, sehr nett und gut organisiert. In diesem Haus waren wir bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal
