We very much enjoyed our 2-week stay. The house is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked and the location in Rancho Mirage is great—tranquil neighborhood and just a few minutes’ drive from the grocery store, restaurants and various stores. We’d definitely stay here again.

The property is comfortable and very pleasant. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook and the pool and yard are relaxing. Like another reviewer, the air conditioner stopped working one evening, reaching 86 degrees inside. It started cooling again, but we called the service number anyway because they should know about such a problem. The service rep said they would send someone the next day. To our knowledge no one came. Note that if you stay there in the summer, the thermostat is set on 76, but even then the air conditioner may not be dependable.

The house was spotless. Very clean and organized. We were initially skeptic about the 76 degree setting but found it bearable with the outside being over 100 degrees. We had an issue with the thermostat overnight. Messaged the host and someone followed up in a few hours and took us through resetting the nest, which is locked with a pin so you cannot change the 76 degree temp. Issue was resolved once brought to light. Pool was a great size for 5 adults. We all were able to float around freely. We stayed in and cooked and found plenty of everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend would be to bring your own personal items like soap and shampoo because we didn't have enough soap and zero shampoo. Otherwise, the cleanliness was an overall win.

Perfect lil house for a small group. Went with my girlfriends for a fun girls weekend away from crowds and we had a lot of fun. I was a lil bummed that we couldn’t have the a/c lower than 76. Especially in the Palm Springs summer weather. The pool was a nice touch but wasn’t super clean and the water had a weird taste to it (not that we were drinking it.. haha) but when your swimming it’s pretty hard to avoid getting pool water in your mouth. I love the 3 bedrooms, it slept all of us comfortably. The 2 bathrooms was a bonus too. Especially if one was being used. House is clean and homie .

We had a wonderful stay here. The pool and outside garden is beautiful and the house is sparkly clean and has everything you could want for a relaxing break.
