We went with another couple and our 2 dogs. The house and patio was more spacious than the pictures online. Super close to all the restaurants downtown. The house is a bit hidden with the entry in an alleyway. It's also walking distance (20ft) to a liquor store which is convenient. It was somewhat of a smart house but user-friendly with a manual of instructions for the inside and outside. All the rooms were immaculate! We appreciated the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots/pans/gadgets we need for 1 home-cooked dinner. Lots of extra pillows, blankets, towels in the rooms and laundry room. The hot tub was easy to turn on and off and heated up so quickly. The 24/7 access to the property management if we had any issues was very helpful. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay!

The home itself was lovely. The footprint for the backyard is great, and the highlights were sitting by the fire table with a peek a boo view of the mountains past the bougainvillea. That said, we were really disappointed that when we went to use the hot tub, it was only set to about 70 degrees. We waited 2.5 hours and then had to go to bed. After heating overnight, we wanted to enjoy a quick soak before checkout the next morning. When we did get in the water, there was dirt/sand and the water smelled like it hadn’t been recently treated. When considering that the two fountains outside were off- and one was full of standing water we had to keep our dog away from- it feels like we caught them off season, which is frustrating since we booked weeks in advance and paid more than a hotel. I believe PS has strict rental restrictions but the multiple check ins, additional verification/paperwork, and confusing instructions also made this less relaxing than it could have been.

The house was very clean and comfortable and has all the amenities listed. The only thing to note is the strict quiet hours past 10PM even talking outside by the hot tub was not allowed.

Flawless check in and a cozy private home. Had a great weekend getaway with my family and would definitely recommend this spot with family and friends!

This was a great stay - the house was bigger than the pictures portray, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and the backyard amenities were incredible. We spent every night in the huge hot tub and around the fire pit. Will be looking to stay here again next time I’m back in Palm Springs!
