Emily and Ryan were wonderful hosts! Extremely responsive and their home was the perfect getaway from the city. They gave great recommendations for food and hiking in the area too. I’d stay here again.

Loved our stay. It’s super kid friendly, with lots of toys (outdoors and indoors) and books, and very spacious - the living areas in particular are very roomy. Thanks for having us!

Perfect home for 2 families coming together from out of town to celebrate a birthday! Kitchen was well-stocked with necessities, beds and linens were comfortable, clear house instructions and communication was great! The projector was a fun touch for kids to watch a movie. Highly recommend staying!

We had such a nice time at Emily and Ryan's that we extended our trip. The house is charming and well equipped with all the modern amenitites and supplies you need. We had a baby and the house was perfect for her, with both a high chair and pack n play. Location wise, this is my favorite area in the Catskills region. Equidistant to amazing hikes in the shawagunks, lake minnewaska, mohonk preserve, and the catskills park. Really close to some of our favorite restaurants, like Ollie's in High Falls. Emily and Ryan were incredibly responsive hosts who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The house was lovely and had a warm cozy feeling - even more than was expected from the pictures. The decorating was uncluttered but beautifully done. The house functioned so well - appliances, bathrooms, etc all in good shape. Little extras like shampoo, hand soap, towels, sheets all thoughtfully purchased and of quality. Heat was up before we got there. Kitchen was very nice to cook in - cookware was also quality along with flow of the kitchen and made meal prep pleasant. Fire pit was a definite plus. Kids loved the family room with the projector for movies and board games, as well as the keyboard. Enough space to come together comfortably and also have time to ourselves to regenerate - the 3.5 baths were very convenient. Great location, beautiful scenery, well maintained historic-feeling home. Local ice cream shop Cherries was delicious and coffee shop Black Dot had great espresso. Hash was awesome for breakfast. Perfect for our four grown ups and three kids long weekend getaway.
