Helen’s place is just as described. I am a graduate student that needed a home away from home for 11 weeks during my clinical rotation. Things I personally needed was a personal bathroom, access to a kitchen and laundry, and AC since I personally prefer the cooler temp. All of those were met! Being on the third floor, the temperature is a bit warmer compared to the rest of the town house. She did have some extra fans available which helped with the cooler temperature for me. She kept asking if the temperature was cool enough and I said the fans helped. During the stay she bought a mini A/C fan just to address my cooler temperature preference. She is very thoughtful and a great, active host who is great at communicating, very friendly and suggested things to do around the area. 10/10 experience would stay again.

Great place overall for the price. I liked the private bathroom a lot - it is small but it has everything needed including a small closet... that is hard to find at Airbnb's in the Boston area! The room looks like the photos with minor changes, and it was a good size too. The big window is very nice as it lets in a lot of light which I love. The mini fridge was great to have as well, if you wanna keep drinks or snacks in there. Decent size closet as well. If there were any issues, Helen took care of them pretty quickly. There were a couple issues with the shower and she resolved them within a couple days or so. A note about the noise: the listing says the area is quiet but that depends on how good your hearing is. It is right next to a loud freeway which is busy pretty much all day every day... it is loud enough that I could hear it with the window closed. Overall had a good stay. I would definitely recommend it if you don't mind a bit of a drive getting into Boston.

Helen is an amazing host! Always asked if I was comfortable or needed anything while maintaining great privacy. Stayed at her home for almost 3 months while doing an internship for school and always felt at home. Would definitely recommend!

From the start Helen was great! I had a question early on, and Helen responded right away with the answer. She was very flexible with my changing schedule. Always checked in to be sure i had what i needed.
