The place was exactly as described. Host was very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect and quiet, exactly what I was looking for. I really enjoyed the suite we had. It felt very cozy and at home. There’s a ton of restaurants and shopping nearby as well! The only friendly recommendation I’d give is just a wastebasket in bathroom or room, otherwise everything was perfect!

My time here was extremely terrible. If I’d been able to get a refund ahead of time, I would’ve. I’d spoken to Rachael about the extended stay option as I’m in the process of relocating to Atlanta. We agreed that I’d be staying in her place for a couple months. The place wasn’t quite what I expected but, it was ok for the time frame that I had to choose it and the cost at first glance. However, after a day or two… I noticed extreme roach infestation, to which the host suggested Raid because she didn’t think an exterminator was worth the price. There was no vacuum nor plumber, multiple screens missing in windows. The balcony door does not lock, several outlets in the master bedroom and bathroom do not work. The amenities are very misleading and/or unavailable or broken. The washing machine leaks very badly and smells of mildew. The oven isn’t the cleanest. I had to clean the entire home before I even felt comfortable staying and I wasn’t too thrilled with that nor with the amount of dirt or dead bugs that came about. The “complimentary cleaning” lady that only came once.. wasn’t very thorough. She left the trash can empty with the lid on the chair. As well as linens in the washing machine. Which makes sense because I had to rewash a set when I first got in. The neighborhood itself is also not the greatest… gunshots can be heard in the distance as well as neighbors arguing on the street. The host is well aware of of these issues and chose to do nothing about any of them. It was a very pleasant stay, however, I made due. If you’re willing to tough it out, good luck!!

The space is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Rachel is an amazing hostess. I highly recommend staying here and I would book with her again.
