Our second time at Te Puhi! What a wonderful place and wonderful hosts - the house was, as last time, absolutely spotless and had everything we needed, including a lovely breakfast, fluffy robes and lovely toiletries. Bigsy and Mary are so generous and hospitable, we always feel so welcome :) We'll be back again!

Can't recommend Mary's loft highly enough. A beautiful country location, set in 36 acres, a short drive to Featherston. Hidden away down a short, leafy drive, the loft itself was set apart from the homestead, tastefully decorated and kitted out to a high standard. It was open plan, yet homely and comfortable. For those that care (like me!), the shower was fantastic, with plenty of hot water and pressure. The provision of breakfast components, good quality shampoos and body washes were a nice touch. The bedrooms and (and the bathroom) were a good size and the beds were super comfortable with good quality linen. The photos on the site are very representative of the home. Mary was a convivial host and happily encouraged us to take a walk around the farm grounds - comprising gardens, woods and paddocks. We'd encourage you to do the same! If we return to the area we'd love to stay again. Thx Mary and Biggsy for sharing your beautiful home with us !

A splendid property that could keep you busy for days just exploring the different gardens and vegetation. 5-10 minutes from the two closest towns.
