Paul's place in Chester was the perfect place to land after a cross-country drive. Very spacious main living/kitchen area as well as the bedroom with en suite bath, which has a deep tub and separate shower. Great light and ventilation; the comfort level was always perfect. I really enjoyed my occasional encounters with Paul; always good conversations. The neighborhood is great and everything I needed was a short drive. I highly recommend this place

Stayed for 3 months, the house is located in a quiet family neighborhood, quick and easy commute to the VCU hospital via 95 (for my fellow travel nurses). Paul is super helpful and responsive whenever you need him! If I ever pick up another travel assignment in Richmond I will definitely be staying here again!

This is a top rated place for a reason. Paul is a very good host. Nice and professional. The house is very clean and spacious. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet neighborhood with access to town almost within walking distance.
