Very nice and cozy place with a big nice pool! The bed was very hard to sleep on, but overall everything was good - especially for the price! Can recommend

Agréable séjour, Finalement c’est un complexe hôtelier, situé dans un quartier résidentiel. Il faut marcher quelques minutes à travers les habitations des locaux pour accéder à une plage. Nous nous sommes senties en sécurité car beaucoup de personnes qui surveillent l’entrée. Le restaurant italien est absolument incroyable et d’une grande gentillesse. Tout le monde est très agréable. La piscine est un vrai plus. Je recommande également le bar de l’hôtel avec ses transats sur la plage ainsi que le salon de massage les pieds dans le sable !! Je recommande cet endroit si vous souhaitez venir vous reposer car c’est situé assez loin des villes. Les excursions sont très bien mais plus cher que la moyenne. Le ménage est fait chaque jour. Je recommande Merci à vous

Zanzibar Residence Apartments are located in secure, quiet area, in close proximity to the beach. Swimming pool is a great plus. Whole residence is surrounded with beautifully maintained garden. Very close is great Italian restaurant which serves breakfasts, lunches or dinners - we loved it 😍 Apartment is specious, have well equipped kitchen, air-con in bedroom. There is also very nice terrace to chill in the evening.

Amazing all around! We stayed in 3 airbnbs in Zanzibar and this was probably my favorite (it was also the least expensive). The pool is huge and perfect at any time of day. Grounds are beautiful with lots of flowers and trees, and you feel perfectly safe with several night guards. The room itself had everything we needed - fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, mosquito net, COLD AC (so nice after hot days). Lovely living room space to spread out and relax, as well as an outdoor private patio with another couch and table. Shower was nice and hot (the water gets extra hot so just be careful). Plus there are multiple spots in the common areas to lounge, including a gym, lounge with TV, reading nook with books, and an additional pool on the other property across the street. The propriety also has bicycles that you can use for free. We ate at the Italian restaurant in the other property and it was delicious! The surrounding neighborhood is also really cool to see locals going about their daily lives. There is a local restaurant nearby called Ommy’s that looked amazing and has very cheap local food if you want to try. Unfortunately we went too late in the day but we had several very positive interactions with Ommy and bought some produce from him at a very good price. All in all we absolutely loved our stay here and would 200% recommend it to anyone looking to relax in a very comfortable spot at a great value.

Amazing! Very clean, with cleaning service, gorgeous pool, very close to the ocean, across a great Italian restaurant… what else?! Thank you for the support there! I couldn’t recommend more. Quiet area but perfect if that’s what you are looking for!
