Overall ok. But the bathroom is so smelly. It caused by clogged drains. It takes 2 hours for the flood to recede. Bathroom is a vital facility. I think owner should maintain it carefully. Not worthit with the price that se markup after we chat her asking for availability before we book the room. But thanks for all..

An unpleasant stay from start to finish...Host gave incorrect code for entering apartment, was extremely slow at responding & unhelpful, passing on every issue to her relatives who I eventually found out live next door! Smelly & dirty, dirty stains on walls & windows, disgusting bathroom full of limescale & stains, bedding with the odd human hair on it that also smelt awful! Semi-transparent curtains that leave you on display & don't block the light. Faulty electrics in building, electricity very unstable, tripping on several occasions, microwave unusable due to this & only 1 appliance usable at a time. Stove only works on low settings if not trips electricity, no warning of this. Hot water heater works for about 2mins. Noisy, overlooks pool where kids are playing from 6-8pm, accompanied with 1 song on repeat 24/7 in passageway! Lamp almost falling off ceiling. Kitchen utensils extremely limited. Kettle that takes 10mins to boil a cup. Fridge freezes over randomly. Definitely a no-go!

It's quite comfortable to stay in Ms. Malla's room, all tools and equipment can be used properly, help us a lot during our long stay. unfortunately there' no mirror in room. you can find electronic equipment, such as a microwave, electric kettle, electric stove,magicom, refrigerator, tv, all complete.

It's a great place to stay at when you're in Yogyakarta. I would recommend it to those who are deciding where to stay when you're in Yogyakarta.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was small but comfy. Very close to the airport and because of the ringroad also close to other places. The check-in was very easy.
