From start to finish, booking at Twins was a breeze. Bernie was a great host and the whole team was fantastic. We took advantage of the concierge service and every single recommendation was perfect! This place is in the heart of Havana Vieja and was surrounded by authentic culture. Stunning architecture, friendly people and so many fun things to do. Great location, great place! The WiFi and phone was such a pleasant surprise as well. We also took advantage of having a driver ever day. Ask for Henry!!! The absolute best!!! I highly recommend this place. Thank you Bernie and team for such a memorable experience ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Havana, hosted by Bernie, and it was truly an amazing experience. Bernie went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. From providing helpful tips on local attractions to arranging transportation, Bernie made every effort to make sure we had a fantastic time. Berni and his team of cohost are helpful every step of the way. We had Berni cook eggs and breakfast every morning and it was perfect. The apartment is walkable (15-20 minutes) to all old Havana sites. There is other buildings construction outside of the apartment but you can walk around the workers. Great stay !

What an incredible stay! The apartment was clean, very safe, and exactly as described. When we confirmed the booking we were given a secret guide and it made planning our trip so easy. The phone they gave us while we were there was a very nice touch and helpful in a place where we had no cell service. Berni was such a great host; very helpful, very knowledgable, and extremely caring. We used Berni as our concierge for the trip and it was more than worth it. The drivers that picked us up, the restaurants we had reservations at, and the experiences that Berni helped us book were all top notch and highly recommended. If another trip to Havana is in the cards, I will definitely stay here again. I truly don't think there will be a better place to stay than this one.

Our group of 6 just returned from a 5 night stay at Berni’s place. He was so helpful, accommodating and friendly. Berni always made himself available for all of our questions and got us set up with drinks, phones and pesos within the first few hours. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of the basic amenities to make our stay comfortable including great beds, fridge, refreshments available for purchase and AC. We can’t wait to visit again and stay at the Twins apartment under Berni’s care!
