A few minutes away from the beach and city centre by highway and bus. The renting floor is independent from the rest of the house and has its own entrace through the garden. Pets are welcome! Please, let us know in advance if pets are comming. We have two beautiful friendly german shepperd. ¡Welcome! The floor we rent it´s a cellar with great ventilation and daylight. It has 3 rooms, a bathroom, a livingroom and dinningroom. We want to make clear that the hosts don´t have possible access to the floor or any of the rooms and it has it´s own entrance through the garden. "Aitana" room, 3 guests : 1 double bed (1.35 m), 1 single bed (90cm). Summer and winter clothes and towels. "Maigmó" room, 4 guests : 1 double XL bed (1.50m), 2 single beds (90 cm) and closets. Winter and summer bed clothes and towels. "Bernia" room, 6 guests: 2 bunkbeds (4 guests), 2 king size beds (1.05m each one) and a closet. Summer and winter bed clothes and towels. In the garden, we have a terrace with barbacue for guests use only. Next to it, there are kitchen facilities. ATTENTION: The pool is exclusive for your group. There is no children protection so, please, be careful. The pool is opened from May to October. Pets are welcome, please, let us know if they are comming when you book. We have two beautiful German Sheperd, they are in a fenced garden. If you are afraid of them, you won´t have contact with them.
