The views at the Villa were incredible. We had so much space and multiple terrace options. It was a little slice of Heaven up on the hill. The walk is a lot of steps down to town so we used the local restaurants that provide shuttle services to dinner, which was great to use and we had a private chef come to the house one night too. Then we also just used local cab companies if needed. There was also a little street stand above the hotel owned by Salvatore that had great coffee, croissants, snacks, and water bottles that we brought back to our villa. We enjoyed a lot of time on our outdoor terraces and had so much fun picking oranges. We will surely miss Villa la nice

The views at Lorenza’s place are amazing! The entire property is beautiful and clean. Our family of 7 was extremely comfortable here. This place is not in the center of Positano which has its pros and cons. It is peaceful and very convenient that we could use the hotels funicular. We found it not too much trouble to walk to the center of town but we had to take taxi’s back to it. The mattresses (pretty firm if that’s your thing) weren’t the most comfortable but we found that to be true in almost every place we stayed it in Italia. The host met us and showed us around and was extremely communicative! You will not be disappointed!

Breathtaking views. Responsive hosts. They went over and above putting together a little welcome basket with Prosecco after I asked for it last minute. Once in a lifetime experience. Would highly recommend!!!

We were a group of 5 and the Villa was absolutely amazing. The views cannot be beat. Lorenza was very responsive and friendly. Having three separate houses on the property gave everyone ample space and all of the outdoor areas made our experience even better. As mentioned in the description, it is on the edge of town so plan ahead for a 30 min walk into town or a taxi ride in to town. There are great little food/market stands right above the property as well that we bought from multiple days. We will definitely be back!

Lorenza and Roberta were so wonderful to work with. Roberta went above and beyond to make our stay special, even offering to take our bridesmaid and wedding dresses to get steamed before our friends big day. She was so helpful! The views and outdoor space are incredible. Truly once in a lifetime views and scenery of Positano and the coast. I’ve never experienced anything like it! If you’re traveling with a group or with kids, this Villa is perfect. Everyone had their own space, and we weren’t packed in like a bunch of sardines. I would highly recommend! My only negative feedback is to be aware that this is on the grounds of a hotel. The hotel staff are adamant that you are not allowed to use any hotel amenities, including the elevator down to the restaurant and the water taxi. It is a good distance from the center of Positano, so keep in mind you will likely need a Taxi into town unless you don’t mind walking. Thank you for everything, Roberta & Lorenza!
