Apartments are brand new and renovated in traditional style with baroque elements with authentic details from romantic period, periods that marked long history of Dubrovnik Republic, which is protected by UNESCO. IMPORTANT NOTICE - The Juliette's palce studios has no more spiral steep stairs. We listened to our guests as they spoke and made normal stairs for them. Thank you. Apart from our offer of accommodation, we can arrange for you the following facilities: tour of the famous Game of Thrones series located in the center of the old town as well as our apartment, sightseeing of the city of cultural monuments, museums and attractions, Dubrovnik panorama, Dubrovnik panorama by boat, a-boat, daily trips to Montenegro, Mostar, Medjugorje and Elafiti islands, kayaking, diving, ect. House itself is cultural monument. During renovation, we took care to keep everything original and like it was hundred of years ago, and we used only stone and wood materials. In heart of the Old city of Dubrovnik, close to all attractions, but still hidden from noise from restaurants and caffee bars. Main street – Stradun is only 50 meters from apartment. Buža parking and Buža gate to Old city is 50 meters from apartment. Other locations like Pile, Ploče, Rectors palace, Sponza, Old city port are 100 meters away, and main beach Banje is 300 meters away- Each apartment has it's own bathroom which is equipped with toilet paper, hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, towels. Also, each apartment has kitchenette. All apartments are fully equipped and air conditioned and have flat screen TV with sattelite channels. We offer free Wi-Fi. Lots of steps!
I totally recommend you this place. Beautiful house, located right in the centre of the old town. The space is very well decorated, clean, and it even has a small kitchen area where you can cook. Sergio was a great host giving us great tips about the city and good restaurant options, and he was always available to reply to our enquires.
Our stay at Dulija’s place was lovely - the location was excellent. It wasn’t too far into the city centre where hauling your bags in and out was an issue, but was still in the heart of the fortified city. It was also far enough away from the Main Street to offer a quiet place to sleep. Sergio was an excellent host. He was very accommodating and provided us some good information about the city, where to go and eat etc. His accommodation were also very clean, comfortable, and had all of the amenities we needed. I would definitely recommend Dulija’s place.
Great place to stay comfortable bed and shower. The location is perfect not far at all from all the hustle. Sergio was great at communicating any needs. Highly Recommended.
Lovely studio apartment. Great location. Be prepared for a lot of steps (that side of the old town has many steps!). Great host too. Air con was fabulous after the heat of the city too. Highly recommended.

In this way, you will see all the cultural sights and beauties
of the old town, where we can not forget the unique city walls,
the Sponza Palace, the Rector's Palace, the Cathedral, etc,
but in the end you can explore it all by yourself.
We can also arrange excursions to Elafite islands or
all-day excursions with a private boat with a skipper
who will fulfill your wishes. Kajaking is also available.

One small tip. The main street is wonderful for sightseeing,
walking, but if you want to eat and drink,
avoid it because it is much more expensive
than any alley from the side.
