The hosts were great and very accommodating with all our requests, and went the extra length to make sure we were comfortable. Location is great for singles or a couple wanting to experience life in St Kilda. Getting in and out of the city by public transport was t the easiest during my short stay mainly due to a section of tram line being down. Overall a good stay!

Property was exactly as described! Very well equipped and furnished with great large flat screen TV and fast internet service. The unit and furniture were very clean with good supply of all cleaning products and equipment! Everything in the unit was relatively new and in good working condition. Nick was excellent host, responded immediately to any questions/concerns. The location is wonderful for access to Fitzroy and Acland streets for all the action and wonderful pubs/restaurants. Excellent location for easy access to trams for all locations in the city. We stayed for a month and really enjoyed, would stay again and definitely recommend!

This modern apartment is wonderful! It has everything you need for a long stay. It is very quiet and peaceful and has perfect air conditioning. It’s centrally located and close to everything. From there, it’s super easy to get to Melbourne or other beaches.

Estuve 18 dias alojado con mi esposa. El edificio es muy seguro, nadie puede acceder al parqueo ni al apartamento si no tiene la llave magnetica adecuada. El apartamento es muy bonito y de construccion moderna, estaba impecable y limpio, con todos los elementos que puedes necesitar. El barrio Saint Kilda es muy seguro, tranquilo y bello. El apartamento está a pasos de Saint Kilda Beach y de la calle Acland, llena de bares, restaurantes y tiendas. Nick, el anfitrion, es muy atento, cortez y amigable. Siempre estuvo pendiente y recomendó los mejores lugares, paseos, bodegas, zoologicos, etc para visitar. Mi calificacion es 5 estrellas.

Stayed with my family in Kat & Nick’s St. Kilda apartment for 10 days around Christmas. They are great hosts, Nick came in person to help us check in and settle. He had thought of everything, including a baby cot for our 2yr old and a Christmas tree for us. Super friendly, responsive and stayed in touch throughout out stay to give us tips on places to visit. The apartment is beautiful, very well equipped and quiet, perfect to both relax and explore the very hip St Kilda neighborhood on foot. There is a private parking inside the building if you plan to rent a car. We had a fabulous time exploring all of Melbourne from this centrally located great apartment. Highly recommend Kat & Nick’s place, we will surely be back!
