Situated in a peaceful, pretty treelined street in Henley on Klip, the expansive property has an established garden abundant with fruit and nut trees, grapevines, evergreens, hedges and a wooded area to explore. There's a swimming pool, plenty of benches and seating areas dotted around the garden to just relax and take in the fresh air, beautiful views and birdsong. Your private apartment includes a comfortable bedroom with queen sized bed, a built-in wardrobe and an olde world wood burning fireplace. The big living room has its own fireplace too, ample space to relax, watch TV, enjoy meals or work. Semi-detached from the ground floor of the main house, you have your own entrance and patio, a fully equipped kitchen with 6 plate gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc and a newly renovated bathroom which guests love, with large walk-in shower and bath. Should there be a third guest, they can be accommodated on a single bed in the living room or on the couch which is large and comfy. Slow life here is a picnic in the garden, sit/meditate/do yoga at the stone circle under the big oak tree, relax with a book on the two seater wooden swing under the vine pergola, chill by the pool, have a braai (barbecue), go walk about and explore, play with the dogs, or just zone out with Netflix all day. A medicine for everyone. If you'd like to go out and about, Henley has many eateries with a homely vibe and good food. At weekends, there are markets, live music and other community activities. A host of heritage sites to visit as well. We have a few local stores in Henley with Pick n Pay supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and other stores a 5km drive away in Golf Park and Meyerton. Close by there's the Suikerbosrand nature reserve with hiking trails and Bass Lake where you can go swimming, diving, boating, quad biking or picnicking.
