If you are after a comfortable, home away from experience, then this place is definitely not for you. Care factor is lacking. I drive 9 hours from Melbourne and checked in at 9pm only to discover barely there amenities, TV was not working and had to contact the owner about the TV, and other issues related to the house and amenities/provision. Side metal gate is an OHS issue - as the gate was broken and nearly fell on me when I tried to open to gate to access the clothes line. Many things not were provided/inadequate and I have to request for them - clothes hangers, garbage bags, tissue, toilet freshener, paper towels, TV remote. The TV remote was still unusable so we had to manually change the channels. Being a pretty old TV there were very limited channels resulting in missing out on the NYE coverage. The garden needs tending to.

It was a nice stay at Joseph’s place. Very clean rooms and bathrooms and peaceful area. Recommend for families.
