We really enjoyed our four night stay. Deanne met us at the property and explained everything very well. We loved the layout of the apartment with wide views to Pilot Bay and beyond. We could see the ocean from the Master bedroom. Everything was provided in the beautiful kitchen - a good supply of plates, cups etc and some basic essentials like tea and coffee and a very nice coffee machine. Furniture and furnishings, bed linen etc was of very good quality. The apartment was well located with just a short walk to restaurants, hot pools and great for exercise with Mt Maunganui itself so close to the property. Very highly recommended!

Welcome to Five Star Focused….. We are a boutique holiday property management company based in marvellous Mount Maunganui, in the Bay of Plenty. We are passionate about providing guests with a five star experience. For the past three years we have hosted guests from around the world in our awesome Mount and Papamoa properties. When you book a property with us you will receive detailed self check-in and check-out information. You will know that your property has been expertly cleaned and thoroughly checked before you arrive. You’ll have some basic essentials in the cupboard, the linen will be crisp and the towels will be fluffy. We live locally and will be on hand if you need us during your stay.
