This place is filthy, and disgusting. Both toilet seats had some fluid all over it when we arrived. And the host didn’t take care of it even after telling them in person and over the Airbnb platform. They also didn’t provide any toilet paper, seat drenched with nasty fluid, we couldn’t use the bathroom. The plumbing was broken, there was water leak, all over the floor in the bathroom. I slipped in the bathroom which hurt my back. There was mold in the bathroom and dust everywhere which made us all cough. Walls were cracked, paint was coming off. And this place smelt funky. They didn’t even provide a trash can in the bathroom. Kitchen looked gross. I can’t believe Airbnb allows these kind of places to even get listed. This is an Airbnb rental nightmare. The host acknowledged that they didn’t get a chance to get this place cleaned. Why would you list a filthy and dysfunctional place for Airbnb rental? I would rate this place a -10 (yes, a minus 10), if I could.

Hi guys, the experience was the worst Air BNB experience ever. I am going it be completely honest with you and tell you exactly what happened. I checked in the property around 5pm last evening. The host Roopa was sweet and the check in was smooth. Once we settled in and looked at the property specially the rooms and the toilet they weren't anywhere close to how they looked in the pictures on the Air BNB platform. The bathrooms very very dirty and it wasn't like they weren't clean on that day, it wasn't kept clean since ages and all the dirt was settled in there. So even if I would have got them to clean it, it wouldn't have helped because now there were permanent marks there. I wish i could share the pictures here that i clicked There were two water bottles kept there which Roopa said were for drinking water and they were recent filled for us from the RO so it was fresh. The moment I picked up the bottle, it was all dirty and sticky but I still went ahead and had the water. Trust me the water had the most stale weird taste and later i realised it has millions of particles inside it. At that time I decided this isn't working out. I still decided to wait for a bit and during that time I thought of going through all the previous reviews of the property (which i should have done before booking) and most of the reviews did mention about the bathrooms and kitchen being unkept and dirty and even the water being stale and the glasses having fungus. So ours wasn't a one off situation and I'm surprised how they have been doing this repeatedly. The more shocking part came in later. I called up Roopa and explained to her the problems very very politely (i am sure, even she will agree to that) to which she replied "what you're saying is absurd". I was shocked at her reply specially when i was being very polite. When I expressed my displeasure about what she had just said, she said "this is just a word from English languag, why are you getting so offended". Post which I just said that we are leaving irrespective, in case you're ok yo refund its fine, otherwise also it's good because I didn't want to get involved in a discussion since i had my wife, brother and sister in-law with me. Also, after we checked in, there was a man (mostly in his early 30s) in the house compound, who kept peeping in through the window where my sister in-law was working. This was creepy and weird. It felt unsafe After the phone conversation Roopa came down with her mother, all of us greeted the mother respectfully to which she responded very very rudely "WHAT WERE YOU GUYS EXPECTING???" TAJ HOTEL??" All of us were shocked listening to that and we all just decided to not indulge in any further conversation. We told them we'll make a move. While we were leaving, Roopa did apologize for her own and her mother's behaviour and offered a "chocolate" as compensation which i thought was senseless. After reading the reviews about their property on Airbnb, i realised that this wasnt the first time her mother acted like this and that's when i realised that its a regular affair

Place is reachable, well within city limits. Host is friendly and welcoming. The apartment however needs maintenance and thorough cleaning. Had a nice stay..
